Day one opens with the vault grail — a sealed box that has sat in the studio safe for two years — opened on the main stage in front of four thousand people. Day two hosts the fan shelf-showcase finals, where ten collectors present their displays and the audience votes the winner. Day three is all meetup: signings, photos, and the after-party vlog.

Booth 214 runs all weekend with hands-on demo tables, the pin giveaway for the first fifty visitors daily, and the mystery-crate pop-up shop. Full stage times publish two weeks before doors.
